1. GENERAL POLICY
This website is operated by Paramparagat, owned and managed by RAS Paramparagat FOUNDATION.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except in specific cases mentioned below. We strive to provide fair resolutions in genuine cases.
2. DAMAGED PRODUCT
Customers must notify within 24 hours of delivery at support@paramparagat.com.

Outer packaging image
Three clear images of damaged product
4. Resolution:
Only affected product will be replaced
No refunds will be issued.
5. MISSING PRODUCT
Notify within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Images of opened box with received items
7. Resolution:
Missing product will be re-shipped
No refunds allowed
8. SPOILED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Notify within one day of delivery.

10. Conditions:
Natural variations in taste, color, texture, aroma are not defects
11. Resolution:
Replacement after verification
